TSVN 1.8.0: Problems installing on Windows XP

It seems like the TSVN 1.8.0 installer depends on a newer version of Windows Installer than the previous TSVN 1.7.x installers.

On my Windows XP Professional SP3 computer (fully patched), the installer failed while claiming that my "Windows Installer" version 3.x (don't remember exact version) was to old.

Solution:
Manual download and install of Windows Installer 4.5 did fix the problem (KB942288 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8483).

If others also experience this problem, then it might be worth adding a note in the TSVN 1.8 release notes about this.
