Paying but not via donation

My organization uses tortoise and I'd like to have them donate, but my rigid office management system does not allow this. They want a part number and "normal" purchase. Is there a way to do this? I think paypal would be OK, but there needs to be a purchase order. It's not a huge amount of money, but it's the principle of the thing...

Any ideas?
