Issue with maximize window with left-side docked task bar

Today I updated Tsvn from 1.7.12 to 1.8.0.24342.
Now when I maximize the TortoiseMerge window the position is not like all other windows programs but shifted to the right. Noe: my task bar is docked at the left side of my screem.

I searched for this issue in the archives but only found this very same (solved) issue reported for TortoiseGit ( also only in case the task bar is docked to the left):

My system:
windows 7SP1 x64.

Is this sufficient information to have a look at this issue?
