As I see, this checkbox affect on property content in modifications list.

Modify for example svn:ignore
Open CfM
Check 'Properties'
Right click on list header. At the end of popup menu added modified
properties (svn:ignore)
Select 'svn:ignore' menu item
=> new column added with header svn:ignore

Then check/uncheck will show/hide property content in this additional column

I do not know it this checkbox has other applications. And I do not know
how it can be used....
