Create exports with drag&drop menu

Hi. New versions of SVN seem to support exports for everything (dirs and single files). It's sometimes very usefull to import things rather then making a copy and loosing a connection to the original repo...

Anyway I tend to use it a lot but setting up externals is a rather tedious task. It would help a lot if I could just drag files and use the right-click-drag menu to set it up.

The options could be named something like:
"SVN External link to original repo. here"
"SVN External link to original renamed here"

One thing would be crucial here - minification of original URL. If creating URL in the same repo then it should minimized to start with "^/" otherwise full URL should be given.
