1. It's not a 'service', it's a process that I _did_ stop when I discovered that would allow the install to continue.
2. The message ('insufficient privileges, run as administrator') is incorrect. I was running as administrator. I would think this should be handled like situation in which processes have files in-use - restart required, but the installation should be able to complete.
