Sending patches via e-mail. Easy way?

Hi,

Currently we use next flow for send patches:

Patch created (either by 'Create Patch..' menu or save it from
TortoiseUDiff), attached to mail message (Outlook) and send to recipisen.

Then recipient double click on attached patch and TortoiseUDiff started.
Patch saved, on disk, naviagte to wc in Explorer, click 'Apply Patch',
select patch file.

It would be nice to shorten this way:
1. Patch sender: Compose email with attached patch directly from
TortoiseUDiff or 'Save Patch Dialog'
2. Patch recipient: Start 'Apply Patch ...' dialog directly from
TortoiseUDiff and then only select destination.

Or may be I do not know about more easy way?

Thanks
