Trust unknown certificates

Hello. Since I did not want to get the "accept certificate" prompts all the time I wanted to connect to my server, I entered the
non-interactive
options to the subversion configuration file (Settings->General-> Subversion configuration file). However, it did not help. I'm still getting the prompts. What did I wrong?
