dropexport /overwrite not working

I am trying to use dropexport with the /overwrite switch to export to a destination where the file already exists. I was expecting that with the /overwrite switch I would not get a confirmation dialog but it always prompts if I want to overwrite or cancel.

I am using the following syntax:
TortoiseProc.exe /command:dropexport /droptarget:[dest] /path:[src] /overwrite

What am I doing wrong?

Windows 7 32bit
