Blame window-title could be more useful

When I run Blame from Tortoise, the window title shows a working-title path that gets truncated after 50-odd characters.
1) Blame info is from the repo, not from the working copy. Therefore, the path should be the repo path, not the WC path.
2) People have long paths. 50-odd characters makes it impossible to distinguish blame windows for peer files.

Suggest: filename first, followed by path-to-repo-folder. I guess truncation is required for the window title; so this still has the possibility for confusion, when two blame windows are open for the same filename in two peer folders. I think that's a less-likely use-case.
