When running TortoiseProc.exe /path:"C:\SVNfiles" /command:update s/closeonend:1 from the command line I receive the following error:
The instruction at "0x7c9113f7" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".
Attached is a screen shot of the error.
What would be causing this issue?
