Tortoise SVN warns "working copy appears to be a tag" since a few weeks

Since a few weeks, Tortoise SVN displays a warning when I try to check in (see attached file).
We did not change the repository layout nor the local file system layout. So it must be caused by some change in TortoiseSVN.
