"Can not find script file …\Diff-Scripts\diff-xls.vbs"

Hi,

I see that r23915 deleted trunk/contrib/diff-scripts/diff-xls.vbs, but if I request an "SVN Diff" of two .xls files, TortoiseSVN 1.7.12 still looks for this script, and fails with the error:

"Can not find script file …\Diff-Scripts\diff-xls.vbs"

where the '…' represents the path to my TortoiseSVN installation.

PARTIAL FIX: I pulled the pre-deleted revsion of diff-xls.vbs into the directory specified by the error, and:
PASS: For a pair of selected .xls files
PASS: For a modified .xls file in my a working copyFAIL (COSMETIC): "Diff with previous revision" succeeds in opening the Excel windows with the diff, but also/redundantly opens my external diff viewer (WinMerge)
