Hi Glenn,

Train your developers to use the following conventions in commit messages:
rXXXX for references to revisions and #XXXX for references to tickets. This
will allow you to search for these texts. It's easy to write a regex for
TortoiseSVN that will create links to your tickets if your ticket system
has a web interface.
