Error dialog upon logging in

On a Windows 7 system, this dialog pops up at every login. This just
suddenly started to happen for no apparent reason. Other than this
everything seems to work correctly. We have four identical systems, all
running the same version, but only one began to exhibit this dialog.

Sorry, I forgot to note the TortoiseSVN version before I left work, but
I'll post that tomorrow (I believe it is one rev behind current).
