Yes, I have seen this doc, but on my PC I can’t find this registry key listed. Is it a new key that we should manually add?

Also, I don’t want it to go to any URL (intranet or extranet). Can I set this key with any empty/blank value so it won’t go anywhere to check? Or just enter a bogus URL in the key?
