TortoiseSVN Upgrade Check

Hi,

I'm trying to prevent the TortoiseSVN upgrade check from notifying users that a new version is available. I found this article describing the process to prevent the check… http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-admins-upgradecheck.html

However, on my PC I can’t find this registry key listed. Is it a new key that we should manually add?

Also, I don’t want it to go to any URL (intranet or extranet). Can I set this key with any empty/blank value so it won’t go anywhere to check? Or just enter a bogus URL in the key?
