TortoiseSVN & TortoiseGIT all versions - icon overlay cache program

This is just a FYI email to let the users mailing list know of an issue I've run into Ant builds and mkdir. I have occasionally been running into an issue with my Ant builds failing on the task mkdir. Usually, when I run the build again it would work the second time through. At some point, I had an issue with blinking icons in my explore with TortoiseGIT. I updated to the latest which did fix my blinking icon issue, but caused my Ant builds to fail solid on any mkdir. I found this link:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9290591/mkdir-in-ant-fails-how-can-i-handle-this-error
I upgraded my Ant to the latest version, but that did not help. I then uninstalled TortoiseGIT and found that my build issues went back to the intermittent failure that was happening before. I looked for a way to turn off the icon overlay cache program and found it. After setting that preference to "none" my ant build issue went away entirely and never failed again.
As a side note, I have also run into install issues with the icon overlay cache program locking files on me. Killing the cache program releases the file lock.
