Return useful configuration on TortoiseSVN

Morning,

I work with Software Configuration Management here in Brazil and think SVN
Server working with TortoiseSVN client is the best blend.

I updated my version to the last one hosted online 1.7.11.23600 and I
realized one of the things helped me the most was not available anymore.

This configuration is integrated with Windows XP or 7 on local workspace.
There´s an image annex about this configuration on an older version of
tortoise.

If this could be returned to a newer version would be very usefull to me
and developers here in company.
