Can't view cached log when disconnecting from Internet

Operating sequence:
1) Connect to internet, using mobile phone as modem
2) TortoiseSVN -> Show log - working succesfull
3) Break internet connection
4) TortoiseSVN -> Show log - get error message "Unable to connect to repository at URL .... Could not resolve hostname ..."
In such case i need to view cached log but can't.
Log caching in TSVN settings enabled.
