RE: TortoiseSVN not working on Windows 7

What I expect is to be able to connect to my repository. When I try to I get this message:

Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
Error: '<repository url>'
Error: To better debug SSH connection problems, remove the -q option from 'ssh' in the
Error: [tunnels] section of your Subversion configuration file.
Error: Network connection closed unexpectedly

Of course, the -q option is not there. I have no issue connecting with other tools. I have SmartSVN that works fine, but would prefer to use TortoiseSVN.

We are going to need a lot more information than 'it doesn't work'

What did you do, what did you expect to happen, what actually happened?
What is the exact text of the error messages you received?
