svn 502 No Route to host

I have a developer that created a dump file for me to import on a new server. The import went fine but when I go to checkout the files I get an error. The error only appears on a small number of files. Example:
Unable to connect to a repository at URL
 'http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/svn/project/trunk/Software/TTPUtils/TTPUtils.cs'
Server sent unexpected return value (502 No route to host) in response to OPTIONS request for
 'http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/svn/project/trunk/Software/TTPUtils/TTPUtils.cs'

Why is the checkout trying to access a different svn server? Shouldn't the dump file contain everything? This is the first time I've had this issue with working on svn. I'd be grateful for any help/suggestions.

Jeff
