SVN Status and SVN Revision file attributes missing

I recently upgraded from 1.7.9.23248 to 1.7.11.223600. Previously there were additional columns(SVN Status, SVN Revision, SVN URL, etc) that could be added to Windows explorer detail view. This aided my greatly, allowing me to sort all folders/files in my working copies based on their current status(normal, modified, etc).
I realize that M$, in their infinite wisdom, had removed this capability for operating systems newer than XP but I still have one development box that is XP SP3 and I really liked this feature.
Has this been permanently deprecated or is this a bug?
