Not sure what you mean. What you expect.

I try to guess from subject.

I had Up-to date WC, remove dir from it (I used x64 TotalComander).
Still "green" overlay even after 10 minutes and lot refresh. Same
happen after using TSVN->Delete

After using Clean up with refresh overlay enabled - icon get to "Red".
Seems be problem with crawler to handle deleted folders? (not tested on
files).

If this is your use case than yes it seems be some bug of too much
delayed no update at all there.
Not sure if windows give chance to detect it effectively without
crawling all the time.

I'm using 1.7.99, Build 23341.

Probably, I usually only add to my WC not remove :)

With your writing style you may be considered as arrogant and get answer
no so soon or not at all.

Did you try TSVN 1.6 or others OSs ?
