Cannot access tortoisesvn repository

After installing the subclipse plugin in Eclipse Juno, I cannot access the tortoisesvn repository. Here are the steps I'm taking:

1. Import

2. Select SVN

3. Select Checkout Projects from SVN

4. Click NEXT

5. Check the Use existing repository location

6. And cannot get logged in.

Any help/direction would be appreciated. I can get logged in via the TortoiseSVN client without issue.
