Scam Download adverts

I went to download Tortoise SVN and was pretty dismayed to find the home page, the download page filled with 'scammy' fake download adverts positioned in the most prominent screen positions.
Not just once, or twice, but for a dozen seperate page refreshes in a row.
This reflects very poorly on this project.
