Redirect the upgrade check

Hello,

we have implemented the redirect the upgrade check following the
instructions on this page

.html> .The solution works for the users that are administrators of their
computers and can proceed with Tortoise setup on their own. Unfortunately
some users are not admins and the installation of Tortoise on their machine
is performed by someone else who is an admin on their machine, so in those
cases the registry key modification is not performed with the correct users
since at the moment of the installation setup the CURRENTUSER is different.

Can you please let me know if there a way to solve this issue?
