right click -> update to revision: Unclear about scope of application

Hi Folks,

I'm unclear about which files "update to revision" applies to. I want to update one file's revision to a previous rev. So, I right-click on it and do "update to revision". I set "Update Depth" to "Only this item". However, when I then click on "Choose Items..." to make sure I'm getting what I want, the entire current directory appears to be selected. I then uncheck everything except the file I want and click "OK". I then double-check by clicking "Choose Items..." again, expecting just my file of interest to remain checked, yet *all* files seem to be selected again. What's up with that?

Thanks!

Running TortoiseSVN 1.7.8 with Visual SVN Server on Win 7 Pro x64 SP1
