Hi, I have a similar problem.

In our organization, we upgraded SVN server to 1.7.5 and then we had to upgrade tortoiseSVN too.
Nobody had a problem, only me.
Update, checkout, everything is ok, but commit ends with same error message as mentioned.
Error appears even if i do a cleanUp, new checkout and then commit.

I need to say, that our SVN privileges are set for a group of users and my colleague from same group can do commits without problem.
When he comes to my PC and write his credentials, he gets error. On his machine is everything OK.

I am trying all day to get rid of tortoiseSVN and install it again, but it stays the same.
How can I completly remove files related with tortoiseSVN? (I allways used ControlPanel and Uninstall program).

Windows 7 64bit
TortoiseSVN 1.7.7 for svn 1.7.5
or TortoiseSVN 1.7.10 for svn 1.7.7

Can you help me?

Thanks,

Petr
