Error opening diff-viewer for odts with LibreOffice installed.

Hi,

Environment:
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
TSVN 1.7.10
LibreOffice 3.5.6.2

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Have a modified odt-file in a working folder.
2. Try to open the diff-viewer for the odt-file.

Actual result:
Error window pops up:

Windows Script Host
---------------------------
You must have OpenOffice installed to perform this operation.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Expected result:
LibreOffice is opened showing the diff.

Note that a workaround is that I simply open LibreOffice (f.e. writer)
with an empty document. When I try to open the diff-viewer for the
odt-file via TSVN it now works without problems.
