when "malformed" , none of "update" "clean up" "check out" works , what to do?

there is a problem with my working copy.a message "malformed" showed up whatever I do as "clean up" "update" "commit" ,none of which works.
does it mean the folde ".svn" in my work copying have some problems ?
the amount of whole working copy is 180G,the amount of the folder ".svn" is half of which it is in.
can I just delete folder ".svn" then check it out ?
