For the record, collabnet 32 bit binaries don't prompt on cli, collabnet 64 bit binaries prompt on cli then fail in spite of being passed a cert.

Firefox, Chrome work. I will explore the path of verifying that the trusted root is locate-able from ie64bit. Is there anything I can do to get more verbose reporting for errors?
