Looks like you are working with Eclipse. An Eclipse installation that
is not svn-aware can mess with the directory structure and confuse
subversion. Try installing the subclipse plugin. You need to ensure
that both the subclipse plugin and TortoiseSVN are at the same minor
release, e.g. 1.7.x as the working copy format changed radically when
1.7.0 was released.

Also, you took a high-res photograph of your screen using a camera?
Usually a screenshot of a single window using IrfanView or similar
produces a better quality and much smaller png file. Or even better
than that, in the error dialog Ctrl-A (select all) Ctrl-C (copy) lets
you copy and paste just the text into an email.
