Can't delete working copy because of TSVN status cache

Hi

I am running TSVN 1.7.9 on Windows 7.

When I try to delete a working copy, I get the following message:

"The action can't be completed because the file is open in TortoiseSVN status cache
Close the file and try again"

How do I work around this please?
