Checkout dialog ignores OK button after directory warning

Repro for v1.7.6 on x64:
1. Navigate in Explorer to a folder that has existing contents.
2. Open the TortoiseSVN Checkout dialog. Choose a valid repository, but leave the checkout directory as is.
3. Notice that SVN warns you that the target folder is not empty. Click No.
4. Change the checkout directory to a non-existent subdirectory.
5. Click OK. Notice that nothing happens.
