Commit aborted without error message

Hello,
we use Windows XP and have problem to COMMIT changes.
1. Commit from comand line "svn commit -m "text" --> works fine
2. Commit from Explorer by use of graphic interface aborts without message
What I do is:
a) Check for modifications -> dialog ok
b) Commit.. -> "Commit to: " dialog ok
c) click Ok (to commit changes)-> "Commit to:" dialog closes; commit is not done
