Open the base version of file

Hi, I'd like to open the original (base) version of a modified file in a start_commit_hook, to compare modified against original version. Depending on the outcome, I want the hook to perform one of two tasks. How to I get the path to the local copy of the file which TSvn keeps in the .svn directory tree?
