Error to commit

Hello everybody.

I'm from Brazil before and would like to apologize for my English. I was using Tortoise perfectly two weeks ago, but today, when you commit, the following message appears:

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL

What can it be?
