passive/silent install with no forced logout or restart

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to do a passive or silent MSI install of TortoiseSVN without a reboot and without a forced log-off? I already use /passive /norestart passed to msiexec to stop the reboot. Is there another flag or property such as "nologoff"? I am aware of the implications of not allowing either to happen. The re-login happening automatically seems to have been a recent addition, I can't recall this happening on its own before in recent memory.

I would like to avoid needing to hack the msi with Orca but am willing to go down that road if no supported solution is available.
Thanks!
