ok I shouldn't use svn namespace but tsvn, but even after reading the tortoise documentation I'm not sure where and how to specify that the bugtraqurl and bugid get automatically added when doing a import of a new project.

Another issue is, that the Tortoise 1.7 documentation (r22413 at least) contains a wrong URL on page 129:
http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/issuetrackers.txt

This file doesn't exist at that path. The txt file is in /doc/notes instead.
