I apologize for being so dense but by following your link I ended up at:

  http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.7.x/x64/small/

where the only installer file I find is:

  TortoiseSVN-1.7.8.23223-dev-x64-svn-1.7.6.msi
    24-Aug-2012 21:24 20M

Is this the nightly build you meant or have I managed to get myself lost? ;)
