After branching "diff with previous version" shows Subversion error

Hello,

after branching when I try to "diff with previous version" from the context menu, I get the following message:
| "Subversion reported an error: Unable to find repository location for D:\svn\wc\testfile.txt in revision 1."

I can provide a test repository and working copy as well as a screenshot if requested.

OS: Windows 7 32bit
TSVN: 1.7.8, Build 23174
