TSVN right-drag export lost a feature

I just noticed that I lost a right-drag export feature TSVN latest. I'm
using svn to manage production network shares, and so I have the root
directory of some network drives as a sandbox of a production repository.
In order to have convenient archives of that drive, I have an ignored
"archive" sub-directory of that sandbox that contains date-stamped exports
of the root sandbox. I used to be able to select all sandbox directories
except for the archive directory and right-drag them into an archive
sub-directory and get the "export all items here". In the latest TSVN, I
only get the "export versioned items here" option, which doesn't work for
my use case. I verified that in another sandbox that I only lose the
"export all items here" option when right-dragging into a unversioned
sub-directory of the sandbox. Right-drag into an unversioned directory
outside the sandbox still gives that option.
