You like making life difficult. Why do you need a CPP program to
execute the command line? Why not just tell us the command line it
generates? Also you have not told us what error you see when you run
this command.

Looking at the CPP file you have p:\\CProjects\\Addins\\Addins\\...
Did you mean to have Addins twice?
