Installing TortoiseSVN does not change any other application. However,
because it is integrated into Windows Explorer and also the file/open
dialogs, all programs which use those Windows DLLs need to close,
otherwise they will not pick up the TortoiseSVN shell extension, or if
you are upgrading, they will continue to use the older TSVN version.
