Retry after the apache Access Denied :(

Hi all,

We are using SVN 1.7 (connecting Tortoise and Eclipse)
Every 10. checkout sent me the "Access Denied" error message randomly.

When I retry the checkout he file come normally.

Seems if I can set the "retry 30 sec after Access Denied" setting the problem will not come.

Somebody can help me how can I solve the problem?
