Thanks for this hint but I don't think that this works with what I need.

I am already working with tags and the revision log entry wouldn't be the right place for that. I already have some custom properties on the revisions but right now I have to type in the property name and the value by hand which is prone to typing errors.
That's why I'm asking for the ability to use customized dialogs as already implemented for file properties in the development branch on TSVN.

I also want to use revision properties as triggers to create tags/branches in order to enforce and automize a naming convention and allow other tools to work with these tags.
I also want to use revision properties as some sort of maturity level for a certain tag without having to modify the tag because I don't allow any users except the system to perform commits on tags in order to be able to prove that this version has not changed in any way. Also some other tools that make use of these released versions need these properties for the following processes.
