How to uninstall completely TortoiseSVN-1.6.16.21511-win32-svn-1.6.17

Hi,

How can I uninstall completely TortoiseSVN-1.6.16.21511-win32-svn-1.6.17 with all registry entries from my computer running Windows XP ? If you have any suggestions, please give me response.
