Bug: Merge log for commit message not filtered by selected branch

From: Kevin Freeman <kfreeman_at_valcomtechnology.com>
Date: Mon, 23 Jul 2012 09:34:24 -0700 (PDT)

Verified using TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 23094 - 64 Bit -dev, 2012/07/19 20:27:36
Platform: 64-bit Windows 7
Using merge option Merge a range of revisions, complete a merge of 2 or more revisions from another branch. Then open the commit dialog, and note that the topmost message in the Recent messages list contains all log messages from the entire repository from rStart to rEnd, instead of listing only commit messages from the branch selected in the merge dialog.

Example:
commit r10 to /trunk
commit r11 to /branches/research
commit r12 to /trunk

merge /trunk to /branches/QA
Recent messages entry contains log entries for r10,r11,r12. Expected to find only entries for r10 and r12.
