TourtoiseSVN 1.7.7 check-for-modifications window does not scroll list with keyboard navigation at bottom

I've only testing this in WinXP.

Open the "check for modifications" window under circumstances where the
list of files occupies more than the available space for the list
widget. Then use the keyboard "down" key to scroll down to the bottom.

The selection is allowed to go off the bottom before the list starts to
scroll. And when you get to the bottom, the last few entries are not
displayed.

Using the scroll wheel on the mouse or clicking on the scroll bar works
as expected.
